Complex public problems demand experimentation, iteration, and the courage to test, learn, and adapt.

This 8-week self-paced, online course equips teams of 4-6 members with practical tools to turn ideas into meaningful results. Through experimentation, iteration, and small wins, you’ll build the confidence and capability to adapt your approach and create sustained improvements in policy implementation. Bring your team, work on your nominated problem, and transform how your organization solves complex public challenges.
