Our Work to Date
Since our founding in 2012, we have empowered practitioners to find context-appropriate solutions to local problems, improving the implementation of policies and programs. Over the past decade, we have grown a global community of practice, expanded our executive education offerings, and developed practical resources and tools to support leaders tackling complex policy and governance challenges. Training Programs
We offer training programs designed to help practitioners working on real challenges break down problems, test solutions, and build momentum for lasting impact.
Online Programs
We offer online training programs to train and equip practitioners and policymakers around the world with the tools and resources to solve complex public problems.
Executive Programs
We offer government officials and executives from the public and private sector an opportunity to learn about our tools and approaches.
Degree Programs
We teach two master’s-level courses at Harvard, introducing graduate students to policy implementation and on how the PDIA approach works in practice.
Past Programs
We taught in the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Collaboration Track from 2020-2023 and offered free PDIA online courses from 2015-2019.
Projects
We have supported government teams around the world to use the PDIA approach to solve complex public problems, with regular check-ins for action, reflection, and learning.
