Through simple daily exercises, you will clarify what and who you value, experiment with small daily intentions, and learn to reframe responsibilities so that even in demanding systems, your time feels more intentional, aligned, and purposeful.
What You’ll Learn
This course is designed to be completed in 11 days or spread flexibly over a 3-week period. Across four thoughtfully designed modules, you will:
