Mannat Singh

Mannat Singh was a Research Fellow with Building State Capability from 2024-2025. Previously, she worked at the non-profit organization TechnoServe, where she led grassroots initiatives aimed at reducing student absenteeism and promoting menstrual hygiene across 36 villages in India. Later, she joined the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in India, where she spearheaded interagency coordination for planning, monitoring, and reporting results against Sustainable Development Goal 2 (Zero Hunger) and Goal 4 (Quality Education). Mannat holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She is a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University and a recent graduate of the Master in Public Policy program from Harvard Kennedy School.
