In this course, you and your team will practice constructing and deconstructing problems, identify actionable entry points, generate locally relevant ideas, and launch cycles of action learning. Through iteration, adaptation, and the celebration of small wins, you will develop the confidence and capability to turn practical insights into sustained improvements in policy implementation.
