Owning Your Time

Are your days packed with meetings and obligations, yet the things that matter most keep getting pushed to “later”?

Owning Your Time: Practical Tools to Reshape your Relationship with Time is an online course that treats time as a leadership practice and an expression of your core values. Rather than squeezing more productivity from your day, you’ll learn to extract more meaning from the time you have.

Through daily reflections, intention setting, and strategic reframing, you’ll transform mandatory responsibilities into purposeful choices and reclaim agency over how you experience your time.

Arranged in four self-paced online modules accompanied by brief reflections, this course is designed to be completed in 11 days or spread flexibly over a 3-week timeframe.

Consider signing up as a team to change how your organization values their time.

This is a registration-based course. There is no application or admission process. Please note that this course is intended for skill and knowledge building and does not include a course certificate.
