Projects
BSC led a PDIA for Education Systems online action learning program for Education Development Trust, funded by United Kingdom’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
Teams from Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Malawi, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and Zambia participated in this program.

Problem: Effective teaching is not taking place in the classroom
Key takeaways:
- A small team can trigger large scale system reform
- Solving complex problems require multiple interventions which allow for multiple entry points for change
- Addressing the complexes embedded in a problem driven project calls for situating it with a specific context allowing for the deconstructive process or breaking the problem into manageable bite size, unpacking possible solutions form local/ external sources in a hybrid solution.
