Are you wondering why the policy you have developed to address a pressing issue for your community or organization fails to deliver results? You are not alone.
IPP is an HKS Executive Education program designed to equip policymakers around the world with both the skills to analyze policies, as well as the field-tested tools and tactics to successfully implement them.
The program is innovative and practical. It builds on the traditional executive education program experience through a five-month engagement that blends online, on campus and applied action learning.
During the program, participants will explore different implementation methods, with a focus on Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA). In an action-learning environment, including robust peer engagement and application to your work with the support of faculty, participants will have time to work on their implementation challenge, apply their learning to their own context, reflect on their experiences, and become part of a global community of practice.
The program will include four components over the course of five months: three weeks online, one-week on campus, fourteen weeks of action learning, and joining a community of practice upon program completion.
