Rwanda

In Rwanda we led one project and trained several practitioners. See below for country related content.

Project

BSC led a PDIA for Education Systems online action learning program for Education Development Trust, funded by United Kingdom’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

Teams from Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Malawi, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and Zambia participated in this program.

PDIA for Education Systems

September – December 2022

The team from Rwanda focused on:

Problem: Low student performance in early grades

Key takeaways:

  • In order to address a problem, is very important to make a deep description of its root causes so that you provide solution to the real problems not its symptoms
  • Making an effective team is also a key factor for success when we implement our strategies. While making a team we need to consider the variety of views and experience
  • We recognize the importance of trust in a team and its elements: authenticity, logic and empathy
