Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative Collaboration Track
Each year, the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative offers leadership and management training to 40 mayors from around the world, and to two senior officials from each mayor’s city who are most crucial to affecting organizational change. In addition, ten cities have the opportunity to participate in the collaboration track: an opportunity to advance the city’s ability to work across agencies, jurisdictions, and sectors to solve critical social challenges.
Matt Andrews and Salimah Samji developed and taught four problem exploratory modules for the Collaboration Track in March & April 2022. 80 city practitioners from Baltimore, Bogota, Bristol, Green Bay, High Point, Kansas City, Hampton, Kitchener, Mannheim, and Scottsdale participated in this program.
