We believe that action learning is crucial for building the muscle memory of solving complex problems: the only way to learn is by doing.
Executive Programs
We offer government officials and executives from the public and private sector an opportunity to learn about our tools and approaches.
Degree Programs
We teach HKS masters students in two masters courses: Getting Things Done: Management in a Development Context and PDIA in Action: Development Through Facilitated Emergence
Past Online Programs
We offered our first free online course in 2015 to address the increasing demand for the PDIA approach to solving complex development problems.

We host events featuring researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and academics who are working to solve complex problems. Our events are open to virtual audiences.
