Nathalie is a former Teaching Assistant for Building State Capability. She served as a TA for our Implementing Public Policy Executive Program (June – December, 2021). She also completed the PDIA in Action class (MLD103M) while at HKS.
She is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Master in Public Policy program, where she focused her studies on technology and innovation policy and how these can be vectors of shared prosperity and human thriving. She is a lawyer by training and was previously a Privacy and Public Policy Manager for Facebook in Latin America, where she actively participated in public discussions on responsible technology and technology regulation, including Brazil’s Data Protection Act, and led the launch of social impact digital products used by millions of Brazilians, such as Facebook’s Blood Donations feature. She hopes that more policymakers and senior leaders from her home country Brazil have access to the high-impact tools offered by BSC, she also constantly supports the adaptation and spread of BSC materials to Brazilian audiences.
Nathalie is currently a full-time Research Fellow at the Harvard Project on Workforce, where she is helping build the evidence base for the future of work, and a Policy Design and Delivery Teaching Fellow at the Public Leadership Credential, the Harvard Kennedy School’s flagship online learning initiative.
