Kriti was a Teaching Assistant for the Implementing Public Policy Program in 2023. Prior to joining BSC, she was an Associate Director at an edtech company in India where she led a team to ensure students of underserved communities had access to excellent education. She and her team supported teachers in improving their instructional techniques. She is an experienced teacher, curriculum designer, and facilitator. She finds the implementation of social policies to be a key area of change for improving lives of people.
Kriti has a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She also has a Master of Arts in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, in India, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Delhi University, in India.
